Sarah leads talent, insights and inclusion for TSB, responsible for making sure that TSB continues to: develop a high-performing, inclusive and healthy culture; attract, retain and engage the people we need right now; and is actively planning for the future workforce too.

With a background across HR and communications, Sarah specialises in creating productive and positive employee experiences. She has led TSB’s wellbeing strategy since 2017, and has experienced growing awareness in the importance wellbeing plays in creating high-performing cultures.
